On the same day, speaking to Thanh Nien reporter, Mr. Phan Hoai Nam, Principal of Tan Luoc Secondary School, said that the incident was indeed a student of the school. The 7th grade students, due to a conflict, made an appointment to resolve it with violence on April 29. After receiving information about the incident, the school invited the students and their parents to a meeting. After verification, the school's disciplinary board took appropriate disciplinary action.
