Cold in highlands and high mountains.

Low mountainous areas ( including districts: Bao Yen, Bao Thang, Van Ban and some lowland communes of Bat Xat and Muong Khuong districts): Cloudy, no rain at night, hot and sunny during the day; Southeast wind level 2. Temperature from 22 to 32 ^o C, average humidity above 70%.

High mountainous areas ( including districts: Bat Xat, Muong Khuong, Si Ma Cai): Cloudy, no rain at night, sunny during the day, sunny at noon and afternoon; light wind. Cold at night and morning. Temperature from 18 to 27 ^o C, average humidity above 80%.

Lao Cai City: Cloudy, no rain at night, hot and sunny during the day; Southeast wind level 2. Temperature from 22 to 32 ^o C, average humidity above 70%.

Sa Pa tourist area: Cloudy, no rain at night, sunny during the day; West wind level 2. Cold at night and morning. Temperature from 15 to 22 ^o C, average humidity above 75%.

Bac Ha tourist area: Cloudy, no rain at night, sunny during the day, sunny at noon and afternoon; light wind. Cold at night and morning. Temperature from 18 to 27 ^o C, average humidity above 80%.
