With the mission of improving people's access to comprehensive financial services, Home Credit is always a pioneer in the field of sustainable finance, helping people manage spending effectively and improve their quality of life.

The Home for Life initiative is part of Home Credit's commitment to social development, improving the quality of life, and is in line with the National Financial Inclusion Strategy to 2025, with a vision to 2030.

From financial assistance to improving financial literacy for women

Since 2014, Home Credit has cooperated with the Vietnam Women's Union to implement loan packages and livelihood support programs for disadvantaged women across the country through the Home for Life project. The program has supported more than VND 3 billion for 347 households in 27 localities, helping them develop their livelihoods through small business models, livestock farming, farming, or maintaining traditional occupations.

In addition to providing capital, the program also helps women raise awareness of financial management and participate in the green economy . In 2024, Home Credit will join the program "Women start-up innovation and green transformation" organized by the Vietnam Women's Union, to promote sustainable start-up projects.

With a commitment to long-term companionship, in the first months of 2025, Home Credit and the Vietnam Women's Union continue to implement financial management training programs and many meaningful activities in Thanh Hoa and Dien Bien provinces. Specifically, on January 8, the delegation visited the bamboo and rattan weaving cooperative in Dien Thuong commune, Thanh Hoa province. On February 28, the delegation visited the homestay accommodation service cooperative in Muong Lay town, Dien Bien province.

These are two cooperatives that received awards from the "Women's Innovation and Green Transformation" program of the Vietnam Women's Union in October 2024. Home Credit coordinated with the Vietnam Women's Union to directly visit, interview and evaluate the results after the program.

During the series of activities, more than 150 women in the two localities participated in a financial management training course organized by Home Credit. The company also presented more than 150 copies of the "Financial Handbook for Women", providing practical knowledge to help them make wise financial decisions.

Ms. Lu Thi Toan, representative of the homestay accommodation service cooperative in Quan Chieng village, shared: "The support from Home Credit helps us maintain the model, preserve traditional culture and develop local tourism. Thanks to that, women in the village have more stable jobs."

In 2024, the book "Financial Handbook for Women" compiled by Home Credit in collaboration with leading experts was released. The book was edited from the book Understanding Finance - Smart Financial Handbook published by Home Credit in 2022, aiming to improve access to basic financial knowledge for Vietnamese women.

Continuing to expand the Home for Life initiative

In 2025, Home Credit continues to promote the Home for Life initiative with training activities and promoting women's start-up projects, aiming at sustainable development and green economy.

The company will organize more training courses in provinces and cities to help women access formal financial management knowledge. At the same time, Home Credit continues to cooperate with leading experts to support the community to improve financial literacy and manage spending more effectively.
