Ha Tinh City People's Committee has just reviewed locations and land plots eligible for short-term land lease in the area.
Accordingly, there are 2 areas in Thach Hung ward and Thach Hai commune with a total area of 17.74 hectares that are eligible for short-term land lease for tourism development. Currently, both of these land areas are not included in the 2025 land use plan.
The City People's Committee proposed the Department of Agriculture and Environment to lease the land for 5 years, for commercial and service purposes.
Ha Tinh City currently has a large amount of unused land that meets the conditions for short-term land lease. Through review, the entire city has 33 land plots, distributed in the following wards: Ha Huy Tap (4 plots with an area of 7,286.3 m 2 ); Thach Quy (2 plots with an area of 2,100 m 2 ); Bac Ha (2 plots with an area of 2,290.5 m 2 ); Van Yen (1 plot, area of 3,212.1 m 2 ); Tan Giang (2 plots, area of 3,840.3 m 2 ); Thach Hung (1 plot, 485.7 m 2 ); Tran Phu (2 plots, area of 10,494.2 m 2 ); communes: Thach Dai (7 plots, area of 2,136.2 m 2 ); Thach Lac (8 plots, area of 361,863.8 m 2 ); Thach Tri (2 areas, area 22,983 m2 ) and Thach Binh commune (3 areas with area 33,656.3 m2 ).
These land funds are not yet included in the 2025 land use plan and a 5-year lease option can be proposed.
The City People's Committee also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review and put into management and exploitation of short-term land funds, ensuring effective use of land funds and serving local socio-economic development.
