"Our children go to school conveniently, and both of us work nearby. We think the decision to move out and live in an apartment is the right one," Ms. Thu said.

Hai Phong is in the golden population period, according to data from the Hai Phong City Statistics Office. This is a period when major changes are expected to take place in the lives of local people. In particular, the trend of "moving to apartments" is becoming more and more popular and evident.
