According to information from Bach Mai Hospital, this unit has recorded the fact that many medical facilities have named themselves similarly or intentionally incorporated the word "Bach Mai" into their names such as: "Bach Mai General Clinic", "Bach Mai Medical Examination Center, Facility 2", "Bach Mai Testing", "Bach Mai General Clinic II", "Bach Mai Surgical Clinic"..., some places even hang signs "affiliated with Bach Mai doctors" to influence people's trust.

A male patient born in 1961, in Bac Ninh shared that there was a clinic with a sign saying Bach Mai branch II, and went to villages and veteran households to ask them to come for free check-ups, but when they arrived, they said the illness was very serious and the medicine was expensive. "This made me and other people who came for check-ups very upset," the patient shared.

Bach Mai Hospital confirmed that it currently has only one address at 78 Giai Phong, Kim Lien Ward, Hanoi . The hospital does not have any clinics or affiliated facilities operating outside this address.

The hospital has also repeatedly posted notices on its website and media, advising people to carefully check information before going for a medical examination, to avoid being lured into fake facilities that cause financial and health damage.
