'Death group' appears at the final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament

The draw ceremony for the final round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament was held at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office in Ho Chi Minh City. Here, the 16 participating teams learned their group.

Specifically, group A includes the following teams: People's Public Security Trade Union, Khanh Hoa Trade Union, Dong Nai 1 Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City 1 Trade Union.

Group B includes the following teams: Sawaco, Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Dong Nai 3 Trade Union.

Group C includes the teams: Sacombank , Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union, Le Bao Minh.

Group D with teams: Vietnam Bank Trade Union, Da Nang Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union.

With what the teams have shown in the qualifying round, it can be said that group C is the "death group" of the 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament Finals.

Sacombank is the current runner-up of the tournament and also the champion of the recent Southern Regional Qualifiers. Meanwhile, Hai Phong Trade Union is the first champion of the tournament in 2023 and continues to enter the top 4 in the following season. This is one of the traditional teams of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament.

Meanwhile, Bac Ninh 2 Union and Le Bao Minh have not had much luck in the qualifying round. However, they both have strong squads and many quality players. Therefore, these are also two teams worth watching.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 will take place from October 31 to November 20 at Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City.

The Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper , the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation for the third consecutive year. Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual, prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers across the country; contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise and sports, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.

This year's tournament is honored to receive the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO), Fashion Connection Joint Stock Company (Faslink), 108 Central Military Hospital, 175 Military Hospital and a number of enterprises.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 will take place from October 31 to November 2 in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of 16 teams that have successfully passed the qualifying round.
