Specifically, Le Ba Khanh Duy, in Thanh Hoa City, is currently a target protection soldier, belonging to the Mobile Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, with quite high results in the national exam for the 2023 school year with a score of 24.85 points, a capacity score of 56 points, Duy is one of the outstanding young soldiers who passed the regular program of the People's Police Academy in 2023.

A few points higher than Le Ba Khanh Duy, Nguyen Dinh Hung, a soldier protecting the target of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, achieved the entrance score of the People's Police Academy with a scale of 26.25 points, and a capacity score of 71 points.

“Although the scores of the three subjects are quite high, they are only counted for 40%, plus the ability test of the other eight subjects of the Ministry of Public Security (accounting for 60%), from which they are converted to a 30-point scale. Therefore, the announced admission scores to the People's Police School this year do not look high, but if only the three subjects are counted according to the block, they are very high,” said a police officer.

Not only the conscripts have good academic achievements, Mr. Le Van Chien, with the rank of Colonel, currently holding the position of Head of the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, is also a rare studious person when he was admitted to the 13th Course of the People's Police Academy (in-service system) in May 2023.

At the time of registration, Mr. Chien was born in 1967, and had 2 years left of work before he would be eligible for retirement according to regulations. However, with his strong will to learn, Colonel Le Van Chien surpassed many other candidates to take the entrance exam and was admitted to the People's Police Academy.

Mr. Chien is known as one of the "nemesis of crime" while working at the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Police, then went through many other positions such as Head of the Waterway Traffic Police Department; Head of the Road Traffic Police Department.
