Yen Bai - In practical celebration of the Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, the youth of Yen Bai have been actively promoting their pioneering role in implementing many meaningful and effective projects and tasks, in accordance with the actual conditions, contributing to improving the lives of the people.

Youth Union members of Phình Hồ commune, together with the local people, poured concrete for a rural road in Chí Lư village.

Local Youth Union organizations have intensified propaganda efforts, launched emulation movements, and organized activities to celebrate the Party congresses at all levels. These activities focused on socio -economic development, caring for the material and spiritual lives of the people and Youth Union members, participating in infrastructure construction, urban beautification, installing commemorative plaques on projects, building the "Lighting Up the Countryside" power line, building new rural areas, protecting the environment, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, supporting the construction of "Houses of Compassion," and continuing to promote the "Study and follow the example of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style"... Through these efforts, they have contributed to motivating the entire Party, people, and army to promote patriotism, self-reliance, self-strength, and the power of national unity.

The Tram Tau District Youth Union, in coordination with the Teachers' Youth Union of Tay Ho High School, Hanoi, organized the "Youth Journey - Continuing the Journey to School" program in Lang Nhi and Ban Mu communes.

In Lang Nhi commune, the delegation donated a solar-powered lighting system worth 30 million VND; donated 3 water filters, 40 warm blankets, 20 gift packages and essential supplies to disadvantaged households; and 500 student chairs to Lang Nhi Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School.

At Hoa Mi Kindergarten in Ban Mu commune, the delegation provided the school with 40 million VND to build a fence around the school; awarded 20 scholarships to children from disadvantaged backgrounds; donated 5 water heaters, 100 life jackets, teaching materials and textbooks for the new curriculum, 40 warm blankets, 650 student chairs, along with many warm clothes, socks, and other necessities...

During the program in Lang Nhi and Ban Mu communes, the delegation provided support and donated meaningful gifts totaling over 120 million VND. Along with the completed celebratory projects, many other tasks and projects in Tram Tau district are still being urgently implemented with high determination by the Party committees, the Youth Union, and the people. In Phinh Ho commune, nearly 30 Youth Union members, in coordination with the people, participated in concreting a rural road in Chi Lu village, spanning over 110 meters, with a total cost exceeding 20 million VND.

Giang A Chau, Secretary of the Youth Union of Phinh Ho Commune, shared: "When we launched the project, there were many difficulties at first, but with the attention and support of the Party Committee and the government, along with the enthusiastic response and participation of Youth Union members and the people, a positive ripple effect was created in the community, and the project was completed."

In Tram Tau commune, dozens of youth union members, in coordination with local people, participated in pouring concrete and digging drainage ditches along both sides of the 1,200-meter-long road in Tau Duoi village, with a total cost of over 100 million VND. Proactive and creative in advising and undertaking projects, youth union members from Lang Nhi and Ban Cong communes connected and coordinated to build two "Lighting Up Rural Roads" projects in their localities, with a total length of over 1,100 meters and a total cost of over 50 million VND.

To date, the Youth Union of Tram Tau district has connected and coordinated the construction of 8 "Lighting Up Rural Roads" in the villages of Xa Ho, Tram Tau, Ban Cong, Hat Luu, Phinh Ho, Lang Nhi, Pa Hu, and Tuc Dan communes, with a total length of over 6,500 meters and a total cost of over 200 million VND.

Comrade Lo Van Tuat, Secretary of the Tram Tau District Youth Union, said: "In practical celebration of the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, the District Youth Union proactively selected and implemented youth projects and activities according to the motto of effectiveness and appropriateness. The implementation of these youth projects and activities to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels creates a vibrant atmosphere of emulation in localities while promoting the pioneering, volunteer, and creative spirit of young people."

Constructing projects and undertaking tasks to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels is an activity with profound political significance. It is both an opportunity for the younger generation to demonstrate their pioneering spirit and contribute to strengthening the people's trust; creating a vibrant atmosphere of emulation in localities, and promoting the strength of national unity to advance local socio-economic development. These are also the bright flowers of the youth of Tram Tau celebrating the Party Congress at all levels.
