The fierce flood not only swept away property and houses but also directly threatened the lives of the people. However, amidst the swirling whirlpool and the murky water covering the area, the light of solidarity and responsibility shone brightly, which was the participation of armed forces, authorities and especially the Fatherland Front at all levels of Dak Lak province regardless of danger. This was not only a simple relief act but also a powerful demonstration of Vietnamese cultural identity: the love of neighbors, "love others as you love yourself" was expressed in an organized, disciplined and deeply humane manner.

As soon as the flood peak forecasts were issued, the entire political system activated emergency response mode. The police and army forces became the "steel shield" and "pioneer arrow" in the battle against natural disasters. There were no loud car horns as usual, instead there were canoes and motorboats cutting through the waves in the dark night, urgent calls from officers and soldiers, and bare shoulders carrying bags of rice and boxes of instant noodles across muddy, deeply flooded roads. Images of police officers carrying old people through rushing water, or "Uncle Ho's soldiers" rolling to move people's property and livestock to the highlands touched the deepest corner of everyone's heart. They are not only law enforcement officers, defenders of the Fatherland, but also relatives and indispensable spiritual support for their compatriots. Their dedication is the most vivid embodiment of the motto "Forget yourself for the country, serve the people".
Along with the armed forces, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels has proven its role as a solid bridge, a link between the Party, the State and the People. By promptly launching calls for support, the Front has turned the golden hearts and the smallest contributions from the whole country into abundant material resources, transformed into gifts and essential necessities, quickly reaching the people in the flood-affected areas. The transparency in the mobilization and distribution work, the close cooperation with local authorities to accurately grasp the needs of each household and each isolated area has helped the relief work achieve the highest efficiency, avoiding overlap and waste. This is the cultural beauty in the way our people respond to difficulties and calamities: when one person is in pain, the whole country shares.

The involvement of the authorities, from organizing emergency evacuations, setting up safe shelters, to ensuring security, order and post-flood healthcare, has created a synchronous and professional disaster prevention posture. When the water receded, the youth force, soldiers and police continued to work with the people to clean up and rebuild their lives.
Through the hardship, we see more clearly that the strength of the Vietnamese people lies not only in the history of resilient struggle but also in the deep humanity and close cohesion of the political and social system, turning pain into motivation to rise up and rebuild the homeland.
