Accordingly, the methods of regular domestic university admission of the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi in 2025 are as follows:
In the method of using the 2025 high school graduation exam results, for candidates with admission scores at the end of the list, the school uses the following sub-criteria: Admission is based on the score from high to low in the Math exam; Admission is based on the order of wishes registered for admission to the school.
There is no difference in admission scores between admission combinations.
With Business Administration for sports talents:
+ Method 1: Candidates are selected based on the level and scale of the competition from high to low.
+ Method 2: Admission based on the results of application evaluation and interview from high to low.

6.2 | Admission of international students | 1. International students: Candidates meet the following criteria: - Graduated from high school or equivalent (recognized by Vietnam), meeting the admission requirements of VNU and the University of Economics; - International students registering to study a training program in Vietnamese must meet one of the following requirements: + Have a Vietnamese language certificate equivalent to Level 4 or higher according to the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners issued by institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education and Training; + Have a university degree in Vietnamese language/major; + Have a high school/intermediate/college/university/master's/doctoral degree with Vietnamese as the language of study; - Be healthy enough to study and research in Vietnam. After arriving in Vietnam, international students must have a health check at the VNU Hospital or at medical facilities designated by the training unit. In case of contracting dangerous infectious diseases according to Vietnamese law or not being healthy enough to study, they must return home; - Have sufficient financial capacity to ensure study, research, internship and living in Vietnam for the corresponding period; - Clear personal history, not serving a criminal sentence, not violating the laws of Vietnam and the host country; commitment to enter the country for the purpose of studying; 2. Candidates are Vietnamese who have graduated from high school or equivalent abroad with the results of 3 high school subjects according to the corresponding subject combination of the major to study (the scores of the subjects for admission are equivalent to the admission requirements of candidates with A-Level certificates: Each subject must achieve 60/100 points or higher (equivalent to grade C, PUM range ≥ 60)) combined with a test of professional knowledge and Vietnamese proficiency or language proficiency (depending on the requirements of the major for admission) meeting the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and of VNU. |

The school said that for full-time domestic university students, the expected tuition fees for the 2025 enrollment period are as follows:
+ School year 2025-2026: 4.6 million VND/month (equivalent to 46 million VND/year).
+ School year 2026-2027: 4.8 million VND/month (equivalent to 48 million VND/year).
+ School year 2027-2028: 5 million VND/month (equivalent to 50 million VND/year).
+ School year 2028-2029: 5.2 million VND/month (equivalent to 52 million VND/year).
For full-time university students (Business Administration for sports talents), the expected tuition fee for the 2025 enrollment period is 126 million VND/student/course (equivalent to 3.15 million VND/month; 990,000 VND/credit).
