Ninh Binh: Ba Na Suoi Mo Company invests 718 billion VND to build a Cultural Area

VHO - On September 10, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province issued Decision No. 667/QD - UBND approving Ba Na Suoi Mo Golf Course Joint Stock Company as the Investor of the Non-public Multi-purpose Cultural Area Project in Ha Nam ward (Ninh Binh province).

The project has a total investment of 718.33 billion VND, of which the investor's capital contribution is 143.67 billion VND, mobilized capital is 574.66 billion VND. Project implementation progress is 2025-2030. Project operation period is 50 years.

Basic construction progress and putting the project into operation or exploitation in 2025-2030, in which Quarter II/2025 - Quarter III/2025: Prepare proposal documents, submit for appraisal, approve project investment policy; organize bidding to select investors, approve investors to implement the project.

From Quarter IV/2025 - Quarter IV/2030: Implement procedures on planning, investment, construction, land, environmental protection, fire prevention and fighting... according to regulations; implement investment and construction of works according to the planning and decision approving the project investment policy; complete acceptance, final settlement of works and handover for operation and exploitation.

Ba Na Suoi Mo Golf Course Joint Stock Company has its head office in An Son village, Ba Na commune, Da Nang city. The legal representative is Ms. Nguyen Tran Thu Thuy (born in 1992).
