Ninh Chu mobilizes raft owners to proactively respond to storm No. 13

Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 13, on November 6, Ninh Chu ward synchronously deployed propaganda and mobilization measures, instructing aquaculture raft owners in the area to commit to and proactively implement plans to prevent and avoid storms safely.

Representatives of Ninh Chu Ward People's Committee propagated and mobilized aquaculture raft owners in the area to sign a commitment to implement a plan to prevent and avoid storms safely.

Accordingly, the ward has mobilized, inspected and guided 31 households/117 oyster rafts; 24 households/60 cobia rafts in Dam Nai area; reinforced the raft cage system, anchored securely, and moved important items ashore. At the same time, the raft owners signed a commitment not to leave people on the rafts during storms, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.

Ninh Chu Ward People's Committee also coordinated with the border guards, militia and residential groups to regularly monitor the situation, promptly inform and support people when necessary. The proactive preparation and high responsibility of raft owners will help the locality be ready to respond and minimize damage caused by storms.
