Ninh Son mid-term review of the implementation of the Resolution of the 12th District Party Congress

On June 13, Ninh Son District Party Committee held a mid-term review conference to implement the Resolution of the 12th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025. After half a term of implementing the Congress Resolution, with the efforts of the entire Party Committee and people in the district, the socio-economic situation of Ninh Son district continues to be stable and has a good growth rate. Up to now, 7/18 targets have been achieved and exceeded, 9 targets have reached over 60% compared to the Resolution of the Congress. Notably, the average total production value per year reached 14.5% (target 12-13%), of which the value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production increased by 6.6% (target 5-6%); industry - construction increased by 20.4% (target 18-20%); trade - services increased by 10.1% (target 11-12%); the estimated poverty rate in 2023 is 4.19% (target below 6%). In directing the construction of new rural areas, type IV urban areas also achieved many positive results, building Tan Son town to meet type IV urban standards, achieving 56/59 criteria. Social security policies were implemented promptly and fully; poverty reduction and housing support for poor households achieved outstanding results; local military and defense were strengthened; Party building, a strong political system, political security, order and social safety were ensured.

Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, the Ninh Son District Party Committee will focus on leading, directing, and determined to successfully implement the targets set out in the Resolution of the 12th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025. Strive for an annual growth rate of 13-14%; the value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production increases by an average of 6-7%/year; industry - handicrafts - construction increases by 18-20%/year; trade - services increases by 11-12%/year...

Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee commended and acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee and people of Ninh Son district in the past time. At the same time, he suggested that in the coming time, the District Party Committee should continue to restructure the economy well, promote sustainable growth, effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the district, especially the great potential of agriculture; research and develop tourism models suitable for the local economy; attract investment capital to build synchronous infrastructure to promote economic development; accelerate the implementation and improve the quality of new rural criteria and build Tan Son town to meet the standards of a type IV urban area. Implement social security policies in a timely manner, to the right subjects, in accordance with regulations and improve the material and spiritual life of the people; improve the quality of education, preventive medicine, and health care for the people. Strengthen leadership and direction to effectively implement local defense and military tasks; Carry out well the work of receiving people, handling petitions and letters, strengthening discipline and administrative discipline, stepping up the fight against corruption and negativity. Regarding the work of Party building, it is necessary to focus on political and ideological education; effectively implement the innovation of the Party's 5 leadership methods, and promptly review and implement Resolution No. 07 on building a contingent of cadres at all levels to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
