On September 25, Ha Tinh Employment Service Center organized a mobile job introduction session in Bac Hong Linh ward with the participation of over 200 workers.
At the introduction session, businesses that need to recruit many workers in the textile and garment industry came to interview the candidates directly. Of which, Gaiwach Ha Tinh Company Limited alone recruited 85 skilled workers.

Previously, at the mobile job introduction sessions in Loc Ha, Tung Loc, Son Tay communes, 200-400 workers came to look for opportunities. Through the connection of Ha Tinh Employment Service Center, many enterprises such as: Vinfast Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, Formosa Ha Tinh Company Limited, Haivina Hong Linh Company Limited, Nghi Xuan Professional Sports Garment Joint Stock Company, TAAD Ha Tinh Investment and Trading Production Joint Stock Company, Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Company Limited... have recruited many workers to work in suitable positions.
Passing the recruitment exam at Haivina Hong Linh Co., Ltd., Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh (Duc Tho commune) said: “I work as a worker in Ho Chi Minh City but wanted to work near home so I returned to look for a job in August. When I heard about the mobile job introduction session, I registered and was lucky to be accepted at Haivina Hong Linh Co., Ltd. Although the salary here cannot be equal to that of businesses in the South, I live close to home, can go back and forth during the day, do not have to pay for accommodation and other expenses."

Mr. Luong Xuan Ha - Deputy Head of the Job Consulting and Introduction Department (Ha Tinh Job Service Center) said: "From September until now, the center has organized mobile job introduction sessions to communes and wards. This is a good way to both promote and bring job opportunities closer to workers. In September alone, the center organized 6 mobile job introduction sessions, 8 seminars and conferences on jobs. There were sessions that attracted over 400 people to participate in looking for job opportunities. As a result, more than 700 people have found jobs in large enterprises with stable incomes."
It is known that since the beginning of the year, Ha Tinh Employment Service Center has successfully organized 74 job fairs, attracting more than 12,700 participants with 278 businesses participating in recruitment; organized 20 information and propaganda conferences to bring information about the labor market and unemployment insurance policies to localities, schools and businesses. With flexibility in performing its tasks, the center has provided job counseling and vocational training to more than 15,000 people, introduced jobs to more than 11,300 people, of which more than 4,600 people were recruited domestically and internationally; provided 402 people to work abroad, mainly in the Korean market.

In particular, the center focuses on collecting and exploiting information on vacant jobs. Collecting information on job search needs of workers through many information channels to connect and introduce jobs to workers. Since the beginning of the year, the center has directly surveyed over 1,300 businesses, accurately grasping recruitment needs and operating situations, thereby connecting with workers.
According to Mr. Luong Xuan Ha - Deputy Head of the Consulting and Job Introduction Department, from now until the end of the year, the demand for human resources is expected to be more than 10,000 workers, an increase of about 8-10% compared to the third quarter. This increase comes from large projects such as: VinFast Ha Tinh Electric Car Factory, Vung Ang Economic Zone and contractors expanding production at the end of the year. In addition, seasonal demand in the fields of services, trade, logistics, restaurants - hotels... especially during Tet also increases sharply. Therefore, job opportunities for workers are very open.
Meanwhile, in terms of labor supply, the locality is expected to meet only about 75-80% of the demand. The reason is that workers do not want to change jobs near Tet. Therefore, in addition to regular job introduction sessions, the center will continue to increase the organization of mobile job introduction sessions in communes and wards, especially in remote areas, so that many workers can grasp and access job opportunities in the last months of the year.
