Hai Duong farmers make over 41,000 transactions on e-commerce platforms

Many agricultural products of Hai Duong are sold on e-commerce platforms.

According to the Provincial Farmers' Association, implementing the "Cooperation Agreement between the Vietnam Farmers' Association and Vietnam Post on supporting farmers in digital transformation in production and consumption of agricultural products and goods in the period of 2021-2025", from 2021 to present, Hai Duong farmers have conducted 41,132 transactions on the e-commerce platforms VNPost, Lazada, Shopee, Voso...

151,104 farming households have put 1,162 products on e-commerce platforms; 200 production and processing establishments have applied traceability stamps. Farmers' Associations at all levels have supported 203,472 stamps and labels with traceability for safe agricultural products. 7,236 officials and farmer members have been trained to improve their knowledge on digital transformation, application of smart agriculture , organic agriculture, branding, putting agricultural products on e-commerce platforms, etc.

Thanks to that, the value of agricultural products is increased, and people also have less pressure on output.
