From the very first days of Miss World 2025, Puerto Rico representative Valeria Pérez quickly attracted attention thanks to her sharp beauty and outstanding charisma. Recently, she won the "Best Charity Project" and officially entered the top 40 finalists.
Throughout the 3 weeks of the competition, Valeria scored points with her meticulous, sophisticated and diverse fashion sense. Each design highlighted her own beauty and left an impression on the audience.
At 23, Valeria is 1.72m tall, has a well-proportioned body and impressive red hair. She is currently a science teacher at a secondary school, has a bachelor's degree in Biology and is studying for a master's degree in Medical Technology.

Valeria is fluent in Spanish, English, Korean and sign language. She dreams of becoming a scientist working for NASA.
Besides her impressive education, Valeria also had talents in painting, dancing and playing the violin.

As the founder of the charity project “Communication without limits”, Valeria aims to build an inclusive society where everyone, regardless of their circumstances, is heard and respected.
Sharing about the motivation for developing the project, Valeria said that it was from the time she worked as a waitress and could not communicate with a deaf customer, along with a touching story about her cousin with Down syndrome.

As an artistic director and choreographer, Valeria has organized awareness campaigns, stage performances and artistic activities to celebrate the talents of people with disabilities.

Valeria is also a pioneer in learning and teaching sign language, developingeducational initiatives to break down communication barriers.
Besides, Valeria also actively participates in campaigns to raise awareness about cancer - the disease associated with her mother.

As an Education Ambassador for Puerto Rico, Valeria fights for equal access to knowledge for all children. Her motto is: “Knowledge is the key, dedication is the path we choose.”
Valeria was recently invited to throw the opening pitch in Puerto Rico’s biggest baseball tournament. “It was a special moment I will never forget,” she shared.

During her preparation for Miss World, she diligently practiced her performance, presentation, makeup and talent skills.
With her outstanding beauty and kind heart, Valeria is expected to bring Puerto Rico the third victory at Miss World.
