TPO - As of 2 PM this afternoon (September 14th), the section of the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway passing through Van Binh commune (Thuong Tin district, Hanoi ) is still flooded. Low-clearance vehicles are having difficulty navigating, and traffic is backed up for more than 5km in both directions.

The Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway experienced localized traffic congestion in both directions. The lane heading from Hanoi to the southern provinces was congested for approximately 5km. Long lines of vehicles also experienced the same situation in the opposite lane, towards the center of Hanoi.

By 2:30 PM, the traffic congestion appeared to be more severe on the lanes leading from Hanoi to the provinces. Today is the weekend, so many families have returned to their hometowns, and the flooding on this highway is significantly impacting travel routes.
