One UI 7 has new features to 'keep' Galaxy users
With Camera Continuity, users can take photos, scan documents or handwriting on their Galaxy phone/tablet, then continue editing easily on another Galaxy tablet or laptop. This feature works when the devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, have Bluetooth turned on and are signed in to the same Samsung account.
Despite its strict requirements and only supporting Samsung Internet and Samsung Notes, Camera Continuity is still highly appreciated for its convenience and seamless synchronization. This is considered a strategic step by Samsung in perfecting the Galaxy ecosystem, providing a unified and engaging user experience, similar to Apple.
One UI 7 is expected to be Samsung's biggest update ever, with many notable improvements. However, the beta is currently only available for the Galaxy S24 and there are still some bugs that need to be fixed.
Camera Continuity is a testament to Samsung's efforts to bring unique and convenient experiences to users, strengthening its leading position in the Android market.
