On August 18, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision on the transfer and rotation of cadres.
Accordingly, Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong - Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture andEducation was mobilized, transferred, and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, expressed his honor and deep awareness of the responsibility of the cadres who were transferred by the Central Government to work in Quang Ninh.
The new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee affirmed that together with the comrades in the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, he will strive to be exemplary in implementing the organization's assignments, integrating with the collective, promoting the spirit of solidarity and unity within the collective to successfully complete the tasks.
Before becoming Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong held the following positions: Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly 's Committee on Culture and Education, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam-France Friendship Parliamentarians' Group (July 2021 - August 2023); Deputy Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee; Deputy Director of the Institute for Legislative Studies of the National Assembly Standing Committee .
