Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, was appointed Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of September 17, at Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; introduced to the Provincial People's Council to elect him as Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

The conference also mobilized and assigned Major General Nguyen Hong Phong, Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, respectfully thanked the Politburo, the Party Central Committee Secretariat and the Central Organizing Committee for entrusting him with the new responsibility.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh said that the assigned task is a great honor and at the same time a great responsibility, requiring him to make efforts, constantly study, practice, be dedicated, responsible and wholeheartedly for the common development of Thanh Hoa province, a land of "spiritual land and talented people".

He affirmed that he will constantly cultivate and train his political qualities, moral qualities, lifestyle, always be exemplary, responsible, promote democracy, collective intelligence, determined to build and uphold the spirit of solidarity, contributing with the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Thanh Hoa province to build the locality to be increasingly comprehensive, sustainable, rich, strong and civilized.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh (born in 1977), from the old Quang Nam province (now Da Nang city). Professional qualifications: Master of Public Administration Management, Architect, Bachelor of English Literature, Senior in Political Theory.

Since January 2021, he has been an alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thuan province.

In July 2025, he was an alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Permanent Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.
