Assign responsibility for periodic and surprise fire prevention and fighting inspections

The working delegation of the Provincial People's Council inspected fire prevention and fighting work at Van Phong Bonded Petroleum Depot.

According to the Decision, the Provincial People's Committee assigned to coordinate with the Public Security agency to conduct periodic and surprise inspections under the authority at Point b, Clause 2, Article 13 of Decree 105/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025 of the Government. Specifically: The Department of Construction, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Agriculture and Environment inspect construction works of level II or higher, works within the administrative boundaries of 2 communes or more (except works under the authority of the Management Board of economic zones, industrial parks, and export processing zones).

The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Zones under the Provincial People's Committee inspects constructions within its management scope. The specialized construction agency at the commune level inspects constructions of level III or lower in the commune, ward, and special zone.

The Decision takes effect from October 31, 2025, replacing all previous regulations on the assignment of fire prevention and fighting inspection and rescue in the province. The Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Directors of departments, branches and sectors; Director of the Provincial Police; Head of the Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board; Chairman of the Commune People's Committee and related organizations and individuals are responsible for strict implementation.
