Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 124/QD-UBND approving the 2025 Land Use Plan of Hoang Mai district.
According to the Decision, the list of works and projects in the 2025 land use plan of Hoang Mai district includes 116 projects with a total area of 356.8603 hectares.
During the implementation year, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and implementing the projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan. In case of arising works and projects with sufficient legal basis and implementation capability, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district will synthesize and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the City People's Committee for approval of additional land use plans as a basis for implementation according to regulations.
The City People's Committee assigned Hoang Mai District to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the law on land; to recover land in accordance with the approved land use plan. To organize inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; to promptly detect and handle violations of the land use plan; to strengthen inspections and supervision of the implementation of the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan in 2025.
At the same time, balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan. Organize the implementation of the land use plan closely, ensuring the land use indicators approved by the City People's Committee. Report the results of the implementation of the Land Use Plan before October 15, 2025.
In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall carry out land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. Organize inspections of the implementation of land use plans; regularly update works and projects (qualified) to submit to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
