Foreign investors traded fairly evenly. This group bought more than VND1,857 billion and sold nearly VND1,854 billion.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, transactions were also not high, reaching less than 500 billion VND compared to nearly 860 billion VND in the previous session.

On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, after the opening hour, the market was green but only maintained for a few minutes. Increasing selling pressure caused the representative index of the floor to return to the reference level and decrease points.
However, the selling pressure was not too strong and the pillar stocks were differentiated, so the market did not fall sharply. At lunchtime, the VN-Index stopped at 1,225.54 points, down 3.69 points.
In the afternoon session, red remained for most of the trading time. Closing the market, VN-Index stopped at 1,226.8 points, down 2.43 points (-0.2%); VN30-Index fell to 1,312.32 points after falling 4.86 points (-0.37%).
The entire floor had 235 codes increasing in price, 262 codes decreasing in price. In the VN30 group, the number of codes increasing and decreasing were 15 codes and 13 codes respectively.
The increase and decrease in industry groups were quite equal. Among the declining industries, media and entertainment, real estate, and software were the industries that decreased by more than 1%. On the other hand, transportation and hardware were the two industries that performed most positively with increases of more than 1%.
VHM is the code that takes away the most points with 3.5 points. Meanwhile, VIC is the code that supports the market the most but not too much, nearly 1 point; followed by SAB with nearly 0.54 points.
HAG of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company had an outstanding performance today, increasing to the ceiling price, contributing 0.23 points to the VN-Index.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index fell 0.27 points (-0.13%), to 211.45 points; the HNX30-Index was at 413.27 points after falling 0.13 points (-0.03%).
