Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh visited Ating Primary School (Song Kon Commune)

DNO - During a working trip to Song Kon commune on the morning of October 6, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh visited and encouraged teachers and students of Ating Primary School (Ra E village).

Ating Primary School currently has 299 students studying at 3 school locations: Ating commune main campus (204 students), A Roch village campus (36 students) and A Lieng Ra Vah village campus (59 students).

Of these, there are 14 disabled students and 196 students from poor households. The school has a total of 28 staff, teachers and employees, with 22 classrooms, 1 IT room and 1 library with equipment for teaching and learning.

According to the report of the Board of Directors, since the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, the school has solemnly organized the opening ceremony, stabilized teaching and learning order; carried out well the propaganda of traffic safety, and trained in fire prevention and fighting for staff, teachers and students.

However, facilities are still lacking, the teaching staff is not uniform, many people who have worked for a long time in the highlands wish to be transferred according to their wishes.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh acknowledged and commended the school's spirit of overcoming difficulties; requested to continue improving teaching quality, building a friendly and safe educational environment, creating conditions for students to study and develop comprehensively.

He also requested the school's Board of Directors to coordinate with local authorities to synthesize and recommend that all levels consider adjusting and rotating staff and teachers appropriately to ensure stability, succession and sustainable development of the highland education sector.

On this occasion, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh and the working delegation presented more than 20 gifts to students of Ating Primary School on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival 2025.
