Two party members were honored to be awarded the Party Badge this time, including comrade Nguyen Canh (75-year Party membership badge) and comrade Dinh Huu Dien (40-year Party membership badge).

This is an honor and pride for the two comrades personally, their families and the Que Hiep Commune Party Committee and Que Son District Party Committee. In particular, comrade Nguyen Canh (born in 1929) was admitted to the Party when he was just 18 years old, having gone through two long resistance wars, participated in the Cambodian battlefield and held many positions in the army.

Despite his old age, comrade Nguyen Canh is still lucid and actively participates in giving opinions to the Party Committee and local authorities in leading and directing activities at the grassroots level.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung highly appreciated the contributions of two outstanding party members and veteran revolutionaries Nguyen Canh and Dinh Huu Dien to the cause of building the homeland. Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung emphasized that the organization of the Party Badge awarding ceremony is an opportunity for party committees at all levels to express their deep gratitude for these great contributions.
