Currently, Kloong village has 293 households, 1,120 people, most of whom live on agricultural production. In May, the Kloong village Party Cell issued a Resolution to lead the political system, propagate and mobilize people to carry out socio-economic development tasks, and ensure political security in the area. According to the assessment of the Party Cell, in May, most of the targets and tasks were implemented according to the set requirements. People in the village focused on crop production; actively contributed to the program of building new rural villages. Up to now, the village has met 14/19 new rural criteria. Cadres and party members in the village always play the role of political nucleus, exemplary leaders in local movements.
One of the difficulties of the Kloong village Party cell is the work of creating sources for developing new party members. Many cadres holding key positions in the village's political system are not party members. The reason is that the youth union force is small, the cultural level is low, and many people have relatives still living across the border, making it difficult to complete the party membership application.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Rah Lan Chung praised the efforts of the Party Committee and Party Cell in promoting the leadership role of the Party organization and leading the implementation of political tasks at the grassroots level. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that the Party Cell needs to develop monthly Resolutions with specific targets and tasks that are close to the actual conditions in the village; assign specific and clear tasks to each Party member; invite comrades holding positions in the village's political system but not yet Party members to participate in the Party Cell's activities to create consensus in leadership and implementation of specific tasks set forth by the Party Cell.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee directed the Ia Grai District Party Committee, the Ia O Commune Party Committee and the Kloong Village Party Cell to pay special attention to the work of creating sources, training and recruiting new Party members, and building a clean and strong Party Cell. Authorities at all levels in Ia Grai District need to review the results of implementing national target programs in the village; re-arrange the population; invest in building rural infrastructure; mobilize people to donate land for roads; support people in economic development, ensure environmental sanitation and maintain political security and social order and safety in the border area.
On this occasion, Comrade Rah Lan Chung donated 10 million VND to the Kloong Village Party Cell as an operating fund; and also visited and presented 75 million VND to Mr. Ksor Thol's family - a poor household in the village - to build a solid house.
