At the meeting, voters were informed by the Provincial People's Council delegates of the results of the 11th and 12th sessions (special sessions) of the Provincial People's Council; the 8th session (special sessions) of the District People's Council; and informed of the results of responses and resolutions by competent agencies on issues raised by voters in the previous meeting.

Thanh Long commune voters highly agreed with the results of the provincial and district People's Council meetings; at the same time, they proposed to the delegates a number of issues: the functional sector needs to inform the people about the design of small canals in Ben Soi; currently, the drainage canal is silted due to pollution from pig farms, causing congestion in the canal, leading to slow drainage.

Voters recommend solutions for people who lost money at Xuan Hoa gold shop; the light bulbs at Ben Soi bridge are often broken, recommending that the relevant agencies find solutions; paying monthly salaries via chip-embedded bank cards for elderly and sick war invalids causes difficulties because some people are sick and cannot travel, recommending that the relevant agencies find solutions.

After listening to the voters' recommendations, the People's Council delegates at the provincial and district levels and local authorities accepted and explained, and at the same time recorded the remaining opinions to reflect to relevant departments and branches for early consideration and resolution.
