According to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, in accordance with the province's request, during the holidays, contractors continued to work on the project to ensure the project's basic completion by the end of 2025. At the same time, contractors also mobilized additional equipment, machinery, and workers to speed up construction to compensate for the delay.

Speaking at the visit, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized that the Prime Minister has set a schedule for the project to be basically completed by the end of 2025. Therefore, contractors must complete the roadbed work before the rainy season, taking advantage of the golden time for construction. To achieve this goal, stone mining enterprises must also work "3 shifts, 4 shifts" to ensure adequate supply of materials for the project.

Recognizing the "3-shift, 4-shift" construction spirit of contractors at the project site, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha expressed his hope that the positive images and the construction spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain" and "working through holidays and days off" will spread to all projects in the province. From there, it will create an effect for contractors to compete and speed up the completion of projects. "The sooner the projects are completed, the higher the economic efficiency of the projects will be", Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized.
