On the first working day in Japan (morning of May 21, 2025), the delegation of Binh Phuoc province led by alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh visited and worked with Mr. Ngo Trinh Ha, Consul General of Vietnam in Osaka and staff of the consulate general.

At the meeting, Secretary of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh discussed and informed Consul General Ngo Trinh Ha about the socio -economic situation, potential strengths of the province to strengthen friendly cooperation between the province and localities, organizations, and enterprises to expand cooperation in industry, high-tech agriculture, green and sustainable industrial development models, education and training of quality human resources and the need to find and attract Japanese enterprises to invest in Binh Phuoc.

On the afternoon of May 21, 2025, the delegation of Binh Phuoc province visited the Vietnam exhibition hall with the theme "Inclusive society with people at the center" at the World Exhibition EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.

The World Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai takes place from April 13 to October 13, 2025 on Yumeshima Island, Osaka, with the participation of 158 countries and international organizations. The Vietnam Exhibition Hall at EXPO 2025 is organized and operated by the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The Vietnam Exhibition Hall plays a role as a convergence point and spreads "proud stories about Vietnam" to international friends about a society that takes good cultural values ​​as the foundation, puts people at the center, and uses endogenous strength for sustainable development in the era of striving, towards harmony, fairness, and leaving no one behind.

During the visit, the delegation of Binh Phuoc province was introduced by Mr. Tran Nhat Hoang, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy General Representative of Vietnam at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan about general information of the Vietnam Exhibition House, guided the delegation to visit the exhibition areas and products of Vietnam. In addition to the Vietnam Exhibition House, the delegation also visited the Japan and China exhibition houses.

On the morning of May 22, 2025, a delegation of Binh Phuoc province led by Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh visited and worked with Mr. Pham Quang Hieu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Japan. Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu shared and wished to promote the development of relations between the two countries in all fields based on the comprehensive strategic partnership that the two countries upgraded in 2023.

On the afternoon of May 23, 2025, Binh Phuoc Province and Becamex Binh Phuoc Development and Investment Joint Stock Company held an investment promotion seminar in Tokyo, Japan. Attending the seminar were Mr. Pham Quang Hieu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Japan; Mr. Sasaki Hjime, Member of the Japanese National Assembly, and representatives of Japanese ministries, branches, and central agencies in Tokyo; Japanese enterprises and investors attended in person and online.

On May 23, 2025, in a series of events of the Binh Phuoc Provincial delegation in Japan, the delegation paid a diplomatic visit to the Governor of Ishikawa Provincial Government. The delegation was hosted by the Governor of Ishikawa Province, Mr. Hase Hiroshi, along with the Japanese National Assembly Member Mr. Sasaki Hajime; Mr. Mitsutu Mitani, Chairman of Mitani Sangyo Group. Through working with the Governor of Ishikawa Province, Ishikawa Province hopes to strengthen cooperation, friendship, and develop relations between the two sides in many fields.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation visited Takamaz Company. Takamaz Company is a machine tool manufacturing company headquartered in Ishikawa, Japan. Since its establishment in 1948, the goal has been to provide revenue-generating machines and focus on customer satisfaction. The company has implemented space-saving and automation solutions to make its products more efficient and has strived to maintain high quality by focusing on manufacturing (in Japan). The company has successfully delivered more than 80,000 machines to customers worldwide. The company's machine tools are often referred to as "mother machines" because they are considered the foundation of all types of industries.
