Attending the festival were comrades: Dao Thi Bich Van - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television; Cao Trang Trong - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ban Bo commune; comrades representing the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ban Bo commune; representatives of the leaders of specialized departments of Ban Bo commune, and a large number of people from Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy inter-village, Ban Bo commune.
The festival took place in an atmosphere of solidarity of the people of all ethnic groups in the inter-village area of Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy with both a ceremony and a festival.
At the Festival, representatives of the Inter-village Front Working Committee reviewed the tradition of celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front. They emphasized: Over the 95 years of construction and development, the Vietnam National United Front - now the Vietnam Fatherland Front - has always been a noble symbol of the great national unity bloc, a bridge between the Party, the State and the People; a place to gather the strength, will and aspirations of all classes of people to together build and protect the Fatherland.
The festival is not only an opportunity for us to review the glorious tradition of the Front, but also an opportunity to consolidate and strengthen solidarity and cohesion in the community; promote democracy, encourage people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, build cultural life, contribute to the successful implementation of local socio -economic development goals...
At the Festival, the representative of the Inter-village Party Cell Secretary reported on a number of outstanding socio-economic results of the Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy Inter-village, Ban Bo Commune in 2025. Accordingly, the Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy Inter-village has 187 households with 873 people including 3 ethnic groups (Lao, Lu, Khang). In 2025, with the spirit of solidarity, creativity and high determination, the people of the Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy Inter-village have achieved many remarkable results: Average income reached 46 million VND/person/year. In 2025, the poverty rate was 12.8%, the economy continued to develop; the total area of food crops was 95 hectares, the output was 510 tons; Tea trees are identified as the main crop, bringing high economic efficiency. The current tea area is 75 hectares, the output of fresh tea buds is 740 tons, the average income is from 100-120 million VND/ha/year, the total value of fresh tea buds is about 8 billion/year.
The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" was widely deployed; 158/187 households achieved the title of "Cultural Family", reaching a rate of 84.5%; Phieng Pang village achieved "Cultural Village". Forest protection, forest fire prevention and fighting were well implemented, no serious incidents occurred; the "bright - green - clean - beautiful" environmental landscape was regularly maintained, people contributed over 470 working days and over 5 million VND to clean up, plant flowers, and create landscapes. 100% of school-age children went to school; children of school age were fully vaccinated, 160/187 households had hygienic toilets that met regulations.
The people have implemented the conventions well; prevented early marriage and incestuous marriage; preserved and promoted the traditional cultural identity of the ethnic groups. Political security and social order and safety have been maintained; the material and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved. These results are vivid evidence of the people's spirit of solidarity and efforts to rise up; making an important contribution to the overall development of Ban Bo commune and Lai Chau province.
Speaking to encourage the people at the Festival, Comrade Giang A Tinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts and solidarity of the people of Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy inter-village, Ban Bo commune in economic development and building cultural life in residential areas.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front of the commune and the people of Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy inter-village focus on performing well a number of tasks such as: Continuing to consolidate and promote the great national unity bloc, strengthening social consensus, building a united, civilized, prosperous and happy village. Promoting economic development, applying science and technology in production, striving to increase income, living standards, reducing poverty... Building a new cultural life, taking care of education, health, protecting and taking care of children; protecting the environment, maintaining security and order. Strengthening the role of the Front Work Committee and mass organizations, doing a good job of propaganda and mobilizing people to participate in patriotic emulation movements, national target programs on new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction...
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Giang A Tinh believes that with the long-standing tradition of solidarity, with a sense of responsibility and high determination, the people of Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy will continue to strive and achieve many great results; the material and spiritual life of the people will be increasingly improved; the villages will become more and more spacious, rich, beautiful and civilized.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Comrade Giang A Tinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented gifts of encouragement to representatives of Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy inter-village. Ban Bo Commune awarded the title of Cultural Village to Phieng Pang; awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 households with outstanding achievements in the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in 2024 in the Phieng Pang - Phieng Tien - Na Khuy inter-village area; recognized the title of cultural family for 159 cultural households in the inter-village area.
