According to the report, up to now, 170.1/175.6 hectares of land have been cleared, reaching 96.9% of the plan. The construction volume reached about 70.3% of the contract value including: Excavation   26.52km of various types of foundation, 26.52km of geotextile, 22km of K98 foundation, nearly 15km of C19 asphalt concrete.

Through on-site inspection, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to urgently stabilize operations under the new government model; mobilize resources, speed up approval of compensation plans, complete legal procedures and deploy resettlement areas.   Localities focused on propaganda, mobilization, and creating high consensus among the people. Construction units mobilized maximum machinery, equipment, and human resources, and commanded construction teams to coordinate and speed up the construction progress of sections with available land. Investors strengthened inspection and supervision to ensure the progress and quality of the project.
