Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan received the delegation of the Hessen Office in Vietnam.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan was pleased to welcome the delegation to visit and work in Tuyen Quang. At the same time, he informed the delegation of some basic features of the geographical location, economic and social situation of the province, cultural identity, strengths and potentials of the province.

He emphasized that the province also focuses on developing theeducation system to create human resources to meet development requirements. In recent years, with the good development of the relationship between Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany, the cooperation between agencies and units of Tuyen Quang province and localities and organizations of Germany has been increasingly strengthened, in which Tuyen Quang province has had cooperative relations with a number of agencies, organizations and localities of Germany.

He hopes that in the coming time, as Deputy Mayor, Mr. Walter Hochgenug will continue to be a bridge and ambassador connecting Tuyen Quang with the state of Hessen in general and the city of Gross - Bieberau in particular to bring about cooperation opportunities in areas of mutual interest.

Especially support Tuyen Quang Technical and Technology Vocational College to implement the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with the Technology Training Center of Hessen State, Germany.

Mr. Walter Hochgenug, Deputy Mayor of Gross-Bieberau, Germany expressed his excitement at the warm welcome from the leaders of Tuyen Quang province. The Deputy Mayor hoped that the activities of the delegation on this occasion would contribute to the common development, especially education of the province and serve as a bridge to deepen the friendship between Vietnam and Germany. He will do his best to promote that relationship.

Currently, the Hessen Office in Vietnam has also helped many schools across the country with additional teaching equipment and scholarships for excellent students who overcome difficulties from the Scholarship Fund of the Ministry of Science and Arts of the state of Hessen, Federal Republic of Germany, awarded to Vietnamese students.

In Tuyen Quang, the provincial Ethnic Boarding High School also received support from the fund to upgrade the dormitory system for boarding students.

Within the framework of the visit and work, the delegation of the Hessen Office in Vietnam visited and learned about the actual situation at Phuc Ninh Primary School (Yen Son), Luong Thien Primary School (Son Duong), and Minh Tien Secondary School (Ham Yen).
