Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khang appointed as Deputy Minister of Finance

On January 29, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 119 on the mobilization and appointment of Mr. Bui Van Khang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Finance .

This decision takes effect from January 29.

With the appointment of the new Deputy Minister, the Ministry of Finance currently has 6 leaders including: Minister Ho Duc Phoc; Deputy Ministers: Nguyen Duc Chi, Vo Thanh Hung, Cao Anh Tuan, Le Tan Can and Bui Van Khang.

Mr. Bui Van Khang was born in 1971, hometown is An Binh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province. He has a master's degree in public administration, bachelor's degree in law; senior political theory.

Before the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province were approved in Decision No. 137 of the Prime Minister, Mr. Bui Van Khang held the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department.
