The delegation inspected Quy Nhon Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital (under the Gia Lai Department of Health ), the coastal area of the old Nhon Hai commune (now Quy Nhon Dong ward) and the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.

At Quy Nhon Tuberculosis and Lung Hospital, there are currently 32 patients being treated. Learning from previous natural disasters when the hospital was often flooded, the unit proactively moved medical supplies and patients to the second floor for prevention.
Giving gifts to the hospital and patients, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha asked the hospital not to be subjective, to monitor the storm's developments to proactively respond; to move patients and medical equipment to a safe location when the storm makes landfall; and to encourage patients to feel secure in receiving treatment and avoiding the storm at the hospital.

At the old Nhon Hai commune coast (now Quy Nhon Dong ward), the Deputy Prime Minister asked local authorities to carefully review the areas where people had been evacuated, and absolutely not allow anyone to return home during the storm.
The departments participating in disaster prevention and search and rescue work of the ward are on duty and strictly implementing the storm response instructions of the Central and the province that have just been communicated.

At the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha directly monitored the developments of storm No. 13 on software.
Accordingly, the storm center is expected to make landfall in the Quy Nhon area at around 9 to 10 pm on November 6.
Although the storm is about 60 km from Quy Nhon, the current wind has been measured at level 7 with gusts of level 9 and will continue to increase as the storm moves ashore.
Based on the forecast of the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the unit to closely monitor the storm's developments to inform the Forward Command Center to serve the leadership and direction of timely and effective response.
