At the time when the eye of storm No. 13 had just passed, the wind in Quy Nhon was still strong at level 5-6. The entire city was without power because the electricity industry proactively cut off power to ensure safety during the storm. It is expected that on the morning of November 7, the electricity industry will urgently check, fix the problem and restore power as soon as possible. The communication system remains stable.
