Phu Tho will auction the right to use 164 land lots in early June 2025

According to the announcement from Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company, in Lam Thao district, Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction of the right to use 09 residential land lots in Dong Man area, Cao Xa commune, Lam Thao district. The area of the lots ranges from 123.2 - 145.8m2. The starting price is 8 million VND/m2, equivalent to each lot costing from 985 - 1,166 million VND. The price announcement will be held at the Cao Xa Commune People's Committee Hall starting at 1:30 p.m. on June 5, 2025.

On the morning of June 6, Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company continued to organize the auction of the right to use 47 land lots, which are assets of Lam Thao District People's Committee on the morning of June 6. The auctioned land lots are located in Dong Chan Nuoi area, Vinh Lai commune. The area of the lots ranges from 120 - 241.9m2. The starting price is 4.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to each lot costing from 540 million VND to more than 1 billion VND.

The auction will be held in the form of an indirect auction by ascending bid method. The price announcement will be held at the Vinh Lai Commune People's Committee Hall on the morning of June 6.

On the morning of June 7, Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company continued to organize the auction of the right to use 61 land lots in Bo Giam area, Son Vi commune, Lam Thao district.

Accordingly, the land lots have an area of 97.6 - 189.4 m2. The starting price is from 4.5 - 5 million VND/m2, equivalent to each lot costing from 459 - 852.3 million VND.

The auction will be held in the form of an indirect auction by ascending bid method. The price announcement will be held at the hall of the People's Committee of Son Vi commune.

Then, in Ha Hoa district, the Ha Hoa District Land Fund Development Center and Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction for the right to use 21 land lots on the morning of June 9.

21 auctioned plots of land in Dai Pham and Minh Hac communes. The plots range in area from 100 - 197m2. Starting prices range from over 2.7 million VND to over 4.6 million VND/m2, equivalent to each plot of land from 273 million VND to over 921 million VND.

The auction is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction, maximum 30 rounds, according to the ascending price method. The auction is held at the hall of the Land Fund Development Center of Ha Hoa district.

Also on June 9, in Doan Hung district, Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company will auction 26 land lots which are assets of the People's Committee of Doan Hung district.

Accordingly, the auctioned land lots are located in Yen Kien commune and Doan Hung town. The area of the land lots ranges from 85.2 - 312.69 m2. The starting price ranges from over 6.6 million VND to 10 million VND/m2, equivalent to each lot costing from 732.7 million VND to over 2 billion VND.

The auction is held in the form of direct voting at the auction, with a maximum of 30 rounds, according to the ascending price method. The auction was held at the Doan Hung District Conference Center hall on the afternoon of June 9.
