Binh Minh Ward: Presented 200 gifts to Ta Mun people on the occasion of the traditional Saunco Khamun New Year

On the occasion of the traditional Saunco Khamun New Year of the Ta Mun people, on October 4, at the Ta Mun Cultural House (Tan Lap quarter), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Minh ward, Tay Ninh province coordinated with the ward's socio-political organizations to organize a gift-giving program for households in difficult circumstances and the "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" program.

Local leaders and sponsors give gifts to households in difficult circumstances.

Attending were leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, sponsoring units and many Ta Mun people in the area.

At the program, the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the coordinating units presented 200 gifts (800,000 VND/gift) including necessities and cash to households in difficult circumstances; the total value of the gifts was 160 million VND supported by Linh Son Tien Thach Pagoda.

In addition, the program also gave 100 gifts including moon cakes and lanterns to children; organized free haircuts for 30 Ta Mun children./.
