Dong Ngac Ward launched "Digital Education for the People" - Cadres are the core in digital transformation

DNVN - On the afternoon of August 12, in Hanoi, the People's Committee of Dong Ngac Ward held a launching ceremony of the "Digital Education for the People" movement in response to Directive No. 11/CT-UBND dated July 24, 2025 of the City People's Committee on implementing the Campaign "45 days and nights of launching to support digital transformation activities" in communes and wards in the first phase of operating the two-level local government model.

At the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Ngac Ward Nguyen Van Hach emphasized that the ward government needs to consider digital transformation as a key task to effectively implement the "Digital Education for the People" movement in the coming time, and at the same time, it must develop a plan, assign focal points, establish a roadmap and specific criteria for evaluating results. Notably, the application of digital technology will be included in the criteria for evaluating the ward's annual work.

At the same time, each cadre, party member and civil servant must be the core and core in propagating and guiding people to access and use digital platforms, online public services as well as non-cash payment methods.

“Community digital transformation teams are the “extended arm” of the government, proactive, creative, and closely following each locality and household so that digital transformation can truly come into life, from installing applications, issuing digital signatures to guiding online application submission and ensuring information security,” emphasized comrade Nguyen Van Hach.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Ngac Ward, in the near future, each residential group will become a point of receiving and handling administrative procedures through a digital technology platform; at the same time, the People's Committee of the ward will establish a smart operation center.
