Mui Ne Ward: 21 poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households received support to build new and repair houses.

BTO-Implementing the plan to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025, Mui Ne Ward (Phan Thiet City) has actively supported the construction and repair of houses for poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households in the area. The funding source for implementation is drawn from the city's "For the Poor" Fund.

Through local screening, 21 households were approved for financial support to build new and repair houses. Up to now, 13 houses have been completed, Mui Ne ward has completed handover procedures including: 2 newly built houses for poor households, 3 houses for near-poor households, 7 houses for disadvantaged households and 1 repaired house. In addition, 7 other houses for poor and disadvantaged households have been completed and are being handed over. Only 1 remaining near-poor household is under construction.

This housing support not only helps households in difficult circumstances have stable and safe housing but also contributes significantly to the goal of poverty reduction, improving the quality of life and ensuring social security in the locality.

It is known that the whole city of Phan Thiet has 83 households receiving housing support, including 14 meritorious households, 15 poor households, 25 near-poor households and 29 other disadvantaged households. Up to now, the city has completed the construction of 82 houses (1 case has been removed from the support list), and is in the process of handing over some remaining houses that have been completed and are being completed.
