Cooperative Management System Training

BTO-On the morning of May 29, the Provincial Cooperative Union organized a training course on the Cooperative Management System. The training course was attended by about 50 people, including managers, employees and members of cooperatives in the province.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Thoa - Vice President of the Provincial Cooperative Union said: This training course aims to equip the cooperative management staff with knowledge on cooperative management and operation skills. At the same time, the organizational structure affirms the role of members in cooperative activities, in order to promote autonomy, self-responsibility, rights and obligations of members in managing and building cooperatives. In addition, trainees will be exposed to the content of designing and building contracts for supply services and product consumption based on the actual needs of cooperative members, in order to solve output for farmers.

Thereby, helping cooperative management staff improve their management and operation capacity; promptly update the State's support policies for cooperatives and legal regulations related to cooperative operations. From there, connecting cooperatives through practical activities, helping cooperatives gain more experience in building effective production and business plans.
