Tran Nhan Tong Ward needs to strengthen management of mineral exploitation activities.

Comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of City Party Agencies, worked with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Tran Nhan Tong Ward.

On the afternoon of September 12, comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies, worked with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Tran Nhan Tong Ward on Party building and socio -economic development after the establishment of the ward.

In his speech, comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong acknowledged the initiative and sense of responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee in receiving, handing over residential areas, administrative units and perfecting the organization after the arrangement.

Comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong inspected a number of construction projects and works on exploitation and production of construction materials in Tran Nhan Tong ward.

Comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong emphasized that in the coming time, the ward needs to continue to closely follow the leadership of superiors, seriously implement resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central and City Party Committees; develop and fully promulgate working regulations, work programs, inspections, and supervisions, and quickly put the Party and government organizations into orderly operation.

He noted that the ward should pay attention to Party building work, strengthen internal solidarity, improve leadership capacity, ensure effective state management, and meet local development requirements.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee spoke at the meeting.

Previously, Comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong inspected a number of construction projects and mining and construction material production projects in the area. Through the inspection, he requested the local government to strengthen management of operations at the mines, ensure safety during the mining process, and maintain boundary markers. The locality needs to have a reasonable regulatory plan to both meet the material needs of the city's key projects and ensure the environment and people's lives.

Tran Nhan Tong Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire area and population of Hoang Tan Ward, Hoang Tien Ward and part of Van Duc Ward. The new ward has an area of nearly 40 km², with a population of over 27,000 people. This is a large area with a large population and great development potential, but it also poses many difficulties for leadership and management.

Immediately after its establishment, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee promptly issued working regulations, work programs, inspection and supervision programs; organized the reception and handover of residential areas and stabilized the situation at the grassroots level. Conferences to deploy tasks for the last 6 months of the year were held promptly, creating a foundation for the locality to gradually develop.
