Authorized by the Head of Military Region 1 Command, the delegation presented gifts from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center ( Bac Ninh province) and presented 87 gifts to wounded and sick soldiers being treated at the center.
