The political report presented to the congress affirmed: During the past term, the Brigade Party Committee focused on effectively leading the implementation of combat readiness, training, and drills; successfully completing the targets set out in the resolution. 100% of the training results met the requirements, of which 83.42% were good and excellent; maintaining regular and disciplined routines; performing well in logistics and technical work; effectively applying digital transformation in management and operations.

The congress discussed and approved the direction, goals and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term with high political determination. Some key targets were identified: 100% of training cadres are trained according to decentralization, of which the rate of good and excellent training cadres is from 75% - 90%; organizing annual drills with good tactics and good techniques; building 1 to 2 new models in politicaleducation and ideological management of soldiers; 100% of units are absolutely safe in politics. The rate of units achieving comprehensive strength "exemplary, typical" every year is more than 65%; no serious violations of law and discipline occur; striving to earn profits from increased production, livestock and services reaching an average of 1.4 million VND/person/year.

The Congress identified strategic breakthroughs: Improving the quality of training and combat readiness; building discipline, law enforcement, and strict discipline; promoting the application of science , technology, and digital transformation in management and command; improving the quality of leadership resolutions and the leadership effectiveness of Party organizations at all levels.

The Congress also discussed and contributed many responsible and enthusiastic opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 11th Military Region Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress; at the same time, elected the 18th Brigade Party Executive Committee and the delegation to attend the 11th Military Region Party Congress, ensuring the correct principles, structure, democracy, solidarity and high unity.
