Implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference

This morning, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national online conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Attending the event were General Secretary To Lam; President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; former leaders of the Party and State; Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, and Party Central Committee members;

At the Ha Tinh bridge, there were comrade Nguyen Duy Lam - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Tran The Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; former provincial leaders; members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of departments, branches and units. The conference was also connected online to bridge points throughout the province.

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered a presentation on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party. The focus was on the core contents and new points in the Summary of some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; the draft Political Report; the draft report on the 5-year implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; the directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026 - 2030.

The conference also listened to National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man deliver a presentation on the topic "Amending the Constitution and laws; Directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term"; listened to comrade Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, deliver a presentation on the topic "Continuing to streamline the apparatus, making it efficient, effective and effective; amending and supplementing regulations implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118- dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term".

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: The basic contents of the Resolution of the 11th meeting of the 13th Party Central Committee and the new documents of the Central Committee have been thoroughly and systematically grasped. Party committees and organizations at all levels are required to continue to grasp and promptly concretize the Resolution and major orientations of the Central Committee into specific and practical action programs. Immediately deploy tasks related to the arrangement of the apparatus in the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time, but must be careful, certain, methodical, doing each job firmly" closely following the time milestones in the plan to implement on schedule. Strengthen information and communication work, creating high consensus in society. Localities proactively complete plans to arrange the apparatus at the commune level to ensure streamlining, efficiency, creating new positions and forces to promote socio-economic development.

General Secretary To Lam requested Party committees at all levels, sectors, localities and units to continue contributing opinions to the contents of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress; at the same time, proactively and carefully prepare tasks related to the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, especially congress documents and congress personnel./
