Thoroughly grasp and implement Resolution of the 11th Central Conference, Session XIII

On the morning of April 16, the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat held a national online conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference was held in person, combined with online connections to more than 21,000 points from the Central to the grassroots level across the country with the participation of more than 1.5 million cadres and party members.

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh thoroughly grasped the content of the topic "On the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; in the draft report summarizing the work of Party building and implementing the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; in the draft political report and in the draft report on the implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026 - 2030".

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man briefed on the topic "On amending the Constitution and laws; directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term".

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission, thoroughly grasped the topic "On continuing to arrange the organization to be streamlined, efficient, effective and efficient; amending and supplementing regulations implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35 and Conclusion 118 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term"; implementation plan.

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee has special and historic significance, deciding on very important and breakthrough issues in the new revolutionary period; creating new momentum and vitality, bringing the country into a new era of development... Therefore, immediately after the conference, Party committees and organizations at all levels have the responsibility to continue to study, fully, thoroughly and carefully disseminate the contents of the resolution and develop specific action plans and programs for implementation.

Party committees and organizations at all levels need to determine the highest political determination in the process of implementing the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference, especially the content on arranging and organizing the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently, and reform and innovate to develop the country.

Party committees and organizations at all levels, especially leaders, must regularly and resolutely lead and direct the implementation of this policy. Focus on promoting propaganda work to create high consensus and unity within the entire Party, the entire political system and all classes of people in the process of implementing the contents of the resolution.
