Ngo Quyen District Party Committee awarded Party Badges on May 19 and disseminated the Congress's directive documents.

Comrade Cap Trong Tuan, Secretary of Ngo Quyen District Party Committee, presented Party badges to Party members.

Comrade Trinh Quang Truong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ngo Quyen District, presented Party badges to Party members.

On the occasion of May 19 this year, Ngo Quyen District Party Committee had 211 Party members honored to receive Party badges. Of these, 32 comrades received badges from 55 to 75 years of Party membership and 1 cadre under the management of the City Party Committee. Ngo Quyen District Party Committee leaders awarded Party badges to representatives of 7 Party members.

Next, the delegates were informed of the core contents of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, focusing on Directive No. 45-CT/TW on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, the Congress directive documents of the City Party Committee and District Party Committee were also deployed together with Resolution No. 19-NQ/TU dated April 26, 2025 of the City Party Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Hai Phong city in 2025, and Resolution No. 20-NQ/TU dated April 26, 2025 on the policy of merging Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city.

The implementation of these contents aims to create high unity in awareness and action of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers and people of all walks of life; ensuring effective implementation of important policies of the Central Committee in the new situation.

Regarding the content of the May Reporter, at the Conference, Dr. Bui Xuan Viet, Senior Lecturer at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , informed about the international and domestic current events that are affecting Vietnam's political and economic system.

Information from the Conference helps cadres, party members and people in Ngo Quyen district grasp and understand better the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; thereby consolidating trust and consensus in the whole society, creating motivation to successfully carry out political tasks, especially the revolution in arranging and organizing the apparatus in the direction of "streamlining, strength, effective and efficient operation"./.
