Quang Nam controls electronic invoices in gasoline retail

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Tax Department to regularly disseminate, guide and organize the use of electronic invoices in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Tax Administration, Decree No. 123, dated October 19, 2020 of the Government, Circular No. 78, dated September 17, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance and relevant legal regulations.

The Departments of Industry and Trade, Science and Technology, Information and Communications, Planning and Investment, Provincial Police, Market Management Department, and District People's Committees shall closely coordinate with tax authorities at all levels to establish interdisciplinary inspection teams/groups to conduct regular or surprise inspections of compliance with regulations on petroleum trading; regulations on management and use of electronic invoices for each sale at enterprises and retail petroleum stores in the area in accordance with regulations.

In case of detecting enterprises and retail stores of gasoline intentionally violating the regulations on issuing electronic invoices for each sale, consider revoking the Certificate of qualified stores for retail gasoline according to the direction of the Government in Resolution No. 28, dated March 5, 2024 of the Government; publicize information about enterprises and retail stores of gasoline violating the regulations on electronic invoices according to the provisions of Article 29 of Decree No. 126, dated October 19, 2020 of the Government.

Organize management and supervision of the amount of legal gasoline sold in the area to ensure collection of sufficient tax according to regulations; at the same time, resolutely fight against illegal trading activities and tax fraud...
