Quang Nam will organize many training courses and exchanges on innovative startups for women.

This is one of the orientations of the Project "Quang Nam - Open land for innovation, creative startups, period 2026-2030 and orientation to 2035" recently issued by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province.

According to the Project, in the period of 2026-2030 and orientation to 2035, Quang Nam province will build and complete the legal and policy corridor to promote and support business start-up activities and innovation, creative startups in the province. In particular, build and issue 2-3 specific policies of the relevant locality to support technological innovation, technology transfer, protection and development of intellectual property, training and participation in innovation and creative startups at home and abroad.

Towards supporting start-up activities, the Project also clearly states the plan to organize many training courses and exchanges on innovative start-ups such as “Start-up training, business start-up for women”, “Training on Innovative Start-up Advisors in Quang Nam province”, training courses and exchanges on innovative start-ups at start-up associations in the province. The province also develops material and technical facilities to serve innovative start-up activities. Communication activities on innovative start-ups and activities to connect start-up networks are always carried out.

Quang Nam Provincial Women's Union at all levels has many activities to support women starting businesses.

According to the plan, in 2025, Quang Nam strives to have 10-15 projects participating in programs and competitions to develop ideas and start-up projects at regional and national levels; organize training for 20-25 typical creative start-up projects to participate in competitions and search for start-up talents at national and international levels.

In the province, 100% of sectors and localities implement projects and programs of the Central and the province; develop and implement plans to support business start-ups and innovation, creative startups; organize Startup Festivals or startups combined with jobs, combine introducing and promoting local products, introducing local socio -economic achievements..., organize evaluation, recognition, and honoring creative startup ideas and projects...

By 2026, the province strives to complete the establishment, consolidation and development of creative startup associations in the province; 100% of universities, colleges... have startup clubs or science , technology and innovation clubs; have a curriculum on creative startups.

Regarding training activities, the Provincial People's Committee coordinates with the Executive Board and universities/colleges - vocational schools in Quang Nam province to annually train 15-20 source lecturers on startups. The plan is that by 2030, Quang Nam will have 20 startup experts and consultants and by 2035, 30 startup experts and consultants at the regional and national levels; 5-10 international startup experts; 100% of high school students and students of universities and colleges will be trained and coached in knowledge and thinking about innovation and creative startups.

The contents of the Project are built to develop a dynamic, flexible and effective innovation and creative startup ecosystem in Quang Nam province with the participation, regular connection and creativity of the components in the ecosystem based on the traditional foundation of innovation and renewal with the theme "Quang Nam - Open land for innovation and creative startups".
