National Highway 1A through Khanh Hoa has been completely opened to traffic.

By noon on November 23, it was noted that the highways from Lam Dong to Khanh Hoa were clear, and on National Highway 1A through Co Ma Pass and Ca Pass Tunnel, there was no longer any prolonged traffic congestion.

Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Traffic Police Department said that by the morning of November 23, on National Highway 1 from Van Ninh Commune to Co Ma Pass and south of Ca Pass Tunnel (South-North direction), vehicles were moving normally after 3 days of congestion lasting tens of kilometers.

Traffic police continue to assign forces to be on duty to regulate and be ready to respond to possible traffic jams.

Many vehicles are still stuck in a traffic jam lasting more than 20km on National Highway 1A from Van Ninh commune to Ca Pass tunnel (Khanh Hoa province).

On the same day, Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 (Team 6), Department 6, Traffic Police Department said that on the highways from Lam Dong to Khanh Hoa (Phan Thiet - Dau Giay, Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao and Nha Trang - Cam Lam), vehicles were moving smoothly, and the authorities no longer temporarily closed the road to regulate traffic.

Highway 1, which was congested for many days, has reopened to traffic.

Previously, since late November 19, due to the impact of heavy rain and floods, thousands of vehicles were stuck on National Highway 1 through Van Ninh commune, lined up for over 20km. Authorities have temporarily closed some highways from Lam Dong to Khanh Hoa; at the same time, they have organized to regulate vehicles to move to suitable routes to relieve congestion on National Highway 1.
